Return & Exchange

Defect on Arrival (DOA)

- In the unlikely event that on the day of receipt, your product shows sign of serious hardware defect upon its first use, you are entitled to return and exchange of another iPhone unit in respect of your order.

- Please contact our team at the soonest time (not later than 48 hours from order receipt), with the information below: 

(i) Screenshot of Order Number and Product;

(ii) Photo / Video of Parcel;

(iii) Photo / Video of Product Defect; and

(iv) Screenshot of Device Details.

- Our team will provide prompt assistance to guide on the return and exchange procedure for your convenience. It shall constitute a fair acknowledgment of the product's good working order if we do not receive any notification of issue from yourself within 48 hours of order receipt.

Upgrade Device

- Within 7 days from your first receipt of order, you are entitled to return your device in its original condition and upgrade to another product by top-up of the price difference, subject to the company's review and arrangement.

- Please contact our team within the said period on your interest to upgrade your current device. This is only applicable for orders placed on official website, and there will be no extra charges for the aforesaid exchange.​

Refund 

Sales are Final

- All sales of goods are non-refundable once payment has been made, subject to below terms and the company's review.  â€‹â€‹â€‹

Change of Mind 

- We can accept return and refund due to Change of Mind or other personal reasons, provided that the product (together with the free gift accessories) are returned in original condition with proof of purchase, in 7 days of purchase. Please contact our team within the said period to register the return. We shall not be liable to the shipping cost and condition cost of the return items.

- Once the return is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your payment method and the refund amount shall subject to an agreed deduction of 5% processing fee based on the order price.

- The refund will be effected within 3 working days upon the approval of the return.

Refund in lieu of Exchange​

- In the case of DOA above and you wish to proceed with Order Refund rather than Product Exchange, we can accept return and refund in original condition with proof of purchase, in 48 hours from order receipt. Please contact our team within the said period to register the return. We shall not be liable to the shipping cost and condition of the return items.

- Once the return is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your payment method, and the refund amount shall subject to an agreed deduction of 3% processing fee based on the order price.

  • The above refund terms are applicable for direct / website orders only. 

  • All requests exceeding the relevant timeframes above, will be considered and processed under "Trade-In & Upgrade" program.
