How to Claim
STEP 1
- Identify and confirm the issues encountered.
STEP 2
- Contact us by (WhatsApp / Email) and provide Order ID with description of the issue (photo / video).
STEP 3
- A Service Assistant will be arranged for your case, with detailed steps and resolutions.
STEP 4
- Follow the service instructions on your device. If the issue remains, our Service Assistant will guide you on the Return & Service procedure for further diagnosis on your device.
