Welcome to Fone Depot. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of products from Fone Depot (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our website and services immediately.

  • "Customer," "You," or "Your" refers to any person who visits our website, makes a purchase, or uses our services.

  • "Products" refers to all goods listed for sale on our website, including used iPhones and related accessories.

By using our website and services, you confirm that:

 

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  • All information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Product Information

​

  • Used Device Condition – All our devices are pre-owned and carefully selected to meet higher-grade display unit standards. Prior to shipment, photos and videos of your ordered device will be provided for your reference and record. In the absence of dispute or negative instruction, your receipt of these contents within two (2) hours thereon, shall constitute full acknowledgement of the device’s condition and agreement to proceed with shipment or delivery.

  • Inclusions – Accessories included will be clearly stated in the product listing or communicated.

  • Images – Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

  • Specifications – The specifications provided for the devices are for reference only. The official specifications of the manufacturer's data and website shall always prevail.

4. Pricing & Payment

​

  • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

  • Payment methods accepted include FPX (Online Banking), Credit/Debit Card, E-Wallets, PayLater and other payment gateways provided on our checkout page.

  • Orders will only be processed after full payment is received and confirmed.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance of your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to reasons as follows:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unethical activity.

  • Pricing errors.

  • Product unavailability.

In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery
​

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines depend on internal delivery schedule, courier performance and location; delays caused by third parties are beyond our control.

  • Delivery is only available within Malaysia unless stated otherwise.

7. Warranty & Returns

​

  • Warranty Coverage – All devices come with 3 months warranty (unless otherwise extended with Warranty Plus Programme) covering manufacturer's defects, excluding factors like damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs. For full terms, kindly refer to our warranty page here.

  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by timely notification, proof of purchase and valid issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

  • Our total liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
